Still Seeking Committee Chairs for the 2018/19 School Year

The PTSA needs YOU! The PTSA sponsors and organizes a wide range of activities every year supporting community-building, academics, staff morale and health and safety. Without volunteers, these events will not happen. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

• Responsible for matching volunteers with committees & events. This job is done online for the most part – volunteers sign up via our website, coordinator would be sure they’re put in touch with the correct chair. Because this is a board position there is a monthly board meeting.

• Coordinates and assigns volunteers to cover lunch serving time. These volunteers help keep lines running smoothly and younger kids get their lunches easily.

• Coordinate the once yearly vision and hearing screening. 

• Coordinate the yearly Math Night

• Host welcome coffee for new parents in September and 2-3 times throughout the year for new families

• Host BINGO night for Mead students and parents.
